By engaging with WA Sports Consultancy LLC, including its Smart Hoops Analytics services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.

2. Services Provided

WA Sports Consultancy LLC provides consulting services, focusing on enhancing basketball performance through advanced analytics and coaching strategies. All services, including scope, deliverables, and timelines, will be outlined in a formal agreement between WA Sports Consultancy LLC and the client.

3. Contract Structure

Our services are available under multiple contract structures, including Single Services, Retainer Services, and Seasonal Packages. The agreement will specify the scope of work, project timeline, and pricing to best suit the client’s needs.

4. Payment Terms

Payments for services are due as per the schedule specified in the client agreement. WA Sports Consultancy LLC uses PayPal as the designated merchant for secure payments. Clients will receive an invoice via PayPal, where they can make their payments directly. Any transaction fees imposed by PayPal will be the responsibility of the client. Please note that all payments are non-refundable, unless explicitly stated in the contract.

5. Confidentiality

Both WA Sports Consultancy LLC and its clients agree to uphold strict confidentiality regarding any proprietary information, data, or materials shared. This includes refraining from sharing, disclosing, or using any confidential information for purposes outside the agreed-upon services, except with explicit consent or as required by law.

6. Travel Costs for In-Person Services

If in-person services are required, the client will be responsible for covering all travel-related expenses, as agreed upon in the client agreement. All travel arrangements will be pre-approved by the client, and related costs will be clearly outlined in the billing.

7. Limitation of Liability

WA Sports Consultancy LLC, including Smart Hoops Analytics, will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise from using our services. Liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific services in question.

Example: If the client does not achieve the expected team performance improvements, WA Sports Consultancy LLC is not responsible for any resulting loss of income, sponsorship, or any other consequences.

8. Termination

Either party has the right to terminate the agreement with written notice. In the event of termination, clients are required to pay for all services rendered up until the termination date. If termination occurs before service completion, clients may be responsible for any costs or work completed to date.

9. Data Usage & Privacy

WA Sports Consultancy LLC uses client data exclusively for the purpose of delivering the agreed-upon services. We adhere to all relevant data protection laws, ensuring client data is not shared with third parties without consent, except when required to deliver services or comply with legal obligations.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama. Any disputes arising from the agreement shall be subject to arbitration in Alabama, unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties.

11. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any disputes or disagreements related to services, payment, or contractual terms, both parties agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve the issue amicably through direct communication. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, it will proceed to arbitration in the State of Alabama. The decision made through arbitration will be final and binding.

12. Changes to Terms

WA Sports Consultancy LLC reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website or communicated directly to clients. Clients are encouraged to review these terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.
